How and where do you ship?

Most orders ship same day or next business day. We utilize UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail depending on the size and the weight of the package. We ship to all 50 States and to APO/FOB addresses. We also ship to Canada. Canadian customers may incur duty and customs brokerage charges which are collected separately by Canada Post. Our shipping systems will send tracking information to the the email address that you provide us.

Are Money Savvy products available to purchase for resale?

Yes! Money Savvy products are available to purchase for resale by retail stores with a physical brick-and-mortar storefront. Please email or call 800-413-0073 ext 203 for details.

What is your returns policy?

Defective materials will be replaced immediately. Please notify us of defects as soon as product arrives. Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any items you purchased from us, for any reason, for a full refund of the cost of the merchandise. We'll also refund the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. If delivery is refused or cannot be made to the address supplied by the customer, the cost of returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer. In order to receive full merchandise credit, items must be unused and in their original packaging and must contain all accessories.
